Shipping Policy

Shipping Australia wide is FREE
(Xl beds will incur shipping fees in certain areas due to size)
For international orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout and
additional costs such as taxes or import fees may be applicable. These
costs are the customers responsibility.

As your Ozbu bed is custom made to suit your home and pet, please
allow up to 10 days for manufacture and delivery.
Same day confirmation of your order will be sent, and we will keep you
updated with the progress of your pets new bed.
We always try to choose express shipping for our customers when
possible and an email with tracking details will be sent the same day of
shipping.

If you require your Ozbu bed urgently, please let us know when ordering
and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
All orders are sent via Aus Post except for our XL beds which will be
sent via courier.
