Ozbu Warranty

Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by rough behaviour, such as excessive scratching, biting, chewing, or digging.

It also excludes any damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions properly. All warranty claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and photographic evidence will be required for assessment.
